1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to the United States (all 50 states). Unfortunately for international orders at time is not available.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales) processing may take longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options (timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed):
Standard Shipping 4-6 business days
Expedited Shipping 3-5 business days
Currently we offer Free Shipping until further notice

4. Shipping Restrictions
- Some items (e.g., aerosols, liquids) may have shipping restrictions based on carrier or destination.
- We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
5. Order Tracking

6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
- If a package is returned as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address), you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 3 days for investigation.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 24 Hours with photos/videos for resolution.
8. Shipping Address Changes
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after an order is processed.
