1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Unopened & Unused Products: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.  

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within *24 Hours* of delivery with proof (photos/videos) for a replacement or refund.  

-Final Sale Items: Discounted, clearance, or promotional items may be marked as **final sale** and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.  

2. Timeframe for Returns

You must initiate a return request within 30 Days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.  

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email info@opulentiashop.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of issue (if applicable).  

2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.  

3. Ship Back: Send the item(s) to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.  

4. Refund Processing

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 1 Business day

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.  

Store Credit Option: If preferred, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.  

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:  

- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.  

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.  

- Perishable or personalized/custom-made products.  

- Return requests made outside the specified timeframe.  

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.  

7. Shipping Costs

- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  

- Refund of Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.
